How do I pay with my credits?
At checkout, click Log in and enter the email address you used to buy your credits. You get a 6-digit code by email, no password needed. Then, in the payment section, select Apply store credit. If your balance doesn't cover the whole order, you pay the rest with your usual payment method.
Do my credits expire?
No, never. Use them whenever you need a new template.
When do I get my credits?
A few minutes after your payment. We send you an email as soon as they are in your account.
Where can I see my balance?
Log in to your TemplateMoto account with the person icon at the top of the page. Your balance also shows at checkout.
What can I buy with credits?
Every template and mockup in the shop. 1 credit = €1, so a €19.99 template costs 19.99 credits.
Can my team use the credits?
Credits belong to one email address. Anyone who logs in with that email at checkout can use them.
Can I get my money back?
Credits can't be exchanged for cash. Bought a pack by mistake? Contact us within 14 days: if the credits are unused, we refund you.
