GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1 - PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the commercial relationship between our company and its customers for the sale of products and services offered on www.templatemoto.com, and more generally apply to all commercial documents issued by our company.
Any order implies prior consultation and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which are accessible and printable at any time via a direct and permanent link on this website.
Persons legally incapable of entering into a contract, within the meaning of Articles 1123 and following of the French Civil Code (in particular unemancipated minors), must obtain authorization from their legal representative prior to placing any order.
TemplateMoto reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons as defined by applicable regulations (e.g., dispute relating to a previous order, abnormal request, or technical issue).

3 - ORDERING AND REGISTRATION
You can order products directly on our website
Registration:
You are not required to create an account before placing an order.
However, certain personal information will be required to ensure proper processing of your order, including a valid email address and phone number.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. TemplateMoto cannot be held liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Order:
To place an order, simply select the desired product and add it to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
You may continue browsing and return to your cart at any time to modify it.
To finalize your order, click on the “Checkout” button in your cart. At this stage, you will be able to select your delivery method and view the applicable shipping fees.
Your order will be considered final once payment has been successfully validated by your bank. A confirmation email will then be automatically sent to acknowledge receipt of your order.
Please note that once an order has been confirmed, the delivery address can no longer be modified.
An order is considered “accepted” once payment has been validated. We cannot guarantee product availability for orders with pending or delayed payment (e.g., PayPal deferred payment).
Modification or cancellation of an order:
You may modify or cancel your order by contacting our customer service within one hour of placing the order, by email at support@templatemoto.com
4 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Promotional items are available while stocks last.
Out-of-stock situations do not entitle the customer to any financial compensation.
If an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer either a refund or an alternative product.
In the case of an order containing multiple items, you may choose to receive the available items without additional shipping costs and receive a refund only for the unavailable item.

5 - PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs, which are charged in addition (see “Delivery” section).
The applicable VAT is the French VAT in force on the date of the order.
Products remain the property of TemplateMoto until full payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change but are guaranteed at the time of order confirmation.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices may be displayed excluding taxes.
6 - METHODS OF PAYMENT
Credit Card (payment upon order)
We accept VISA, EUROCARD MASTERCARD, and e-cards.
To ensure secure transactions, all payment data (card number, expiration date, security code) is encrypted and transmitted via Stripe servers using SSL security protocols.
Secure payment:
The SSL protocol is a global standard for secure online payments and is supported by all major browsers.
PayPal
If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal platform to complete your payment securely. Your banking information is handled exclusively by PayPal.
For deferred payments, your order will only be processed once the payment has been received.
For orders placed outside metropolitan France, payment may be processed automatically via PayPal.
7 - RETURNS
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, once the download has begun.
All our products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase. By completing your order, you expressly agree to immediate access to the content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
As a result, all sales are final and non-refundable.
However, if you experience any issue with your file, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
To enhance transaction security and prevent fraud, data collected during an order may be shared with our payment partner Stripe for analysis and risk assessment.
Stripe may store this data to improve its fraud detection systems.
In the event of fraudulent use of a payment method or unpaid orders, related data may be recorded in a payment incident database.
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or object to the processing of your personal data by contacting Stripe directly.
To verify the identity of the purchaser and prevent fraud, Stripe may request proof of identity and address via email or phone, particularly for first-time orders.
During this verification process, your order status may temporarily display as “Stripe verification in progress.”
TemplateMoto reserves the right to refuse any order that:
- has not been validated by Stripe
- lacks requested supporting documents
- is flagged as potentially fraudulent
In such cases, the order will be canceled and refunded using the original payment method as soon as possible.
