GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1 - PURPOSE

The present General Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the commercial relations with our customers for the sales and services presented on the site www.templatemoto.com and, more generally, are applicable to all commercial documents issued by our company.

Any order implies the prior consultation and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, which are accessible and printable at any time by a direct and permanent link on this site.

It is understood that persons considered legally incapable of contracting in the sense of articles 1123 and following of the Civil Code, in particular unemancipated minors, will have to obtain the authorization of their legal representative prior to any order.

TemplateMoto reserves the right not to honor an order in case of a legitimate reason as defined by the regulations (dispute relating to a previous order, abnormal request from the customer, computer problem).

3 - ORDERING AND REGISTRATION


You can order your products either on our website or by phone by contacting our customer service at 07 56 82 69 89.



Registration:

To place an order on our site, you are not obliged to register beforehand.
When ordering, a certain amount of personal information will be required for the proper tracking of your order including a valid email address and phone number.
It is up to the customer to verify the accuracy of the data provided. In any case, the company TemplateMoto can not be held responsible for delivery problems related to an error in the wording of your postal address.

Order :

To place your order, simply select the item of your choice and place it in your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.

You can then continue shopping on the site and return to your basket at any time to modify it.

To validate your cart as an order, you will just have to click on the "Order" button accessible inside your cart. At this stage, you will be able to visualize the various modes of delivery and to know the applicable rates for your order. You will be able to modify your choice of delivery after this step. The acceptance of your order will become final at the time of the validation of your payment and once this one will have accepted by your bank. A confirmation email will then be sent to you automatically to acknowledge receipt of your order. Please note that once the order is validated, the delivery addresses cannot be modified on an order already in progress.

The order is considered "Accepted" from the moment the payment has been validated. We cannot guarantee the availability of items for orders where payment is pending (e.g. deferred payment via PayPal)



Modification or cancellation of an order:

4 - AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES

The articles in promotion are available until they are out of stock.

The out-of-stock condition of an article cannot be defined as a prejudicial damage giving right to any financial compensation.

In the case of an unavailable item, we will contact you by email as soon as we are aware of this shortage in order to offer you a refund of this item or if you wish the choice of another product.
(Article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code).

In the case of an order with several items, you will be able to maintain the sending of the other items without additional shipping costs and choose the refund only of the missing item.

5 - THE PRICES

The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC), excluding the fixed contribution to the shipping costs which is charged in addition (see article "Delivery" below).
The VAT included is the French VAT in force on the day of the order.

The products remain the property of TemplateMoto until the complete payment of the price. The prices applied are guaranteed.

For any order made outside the European Union, the total amount will be invoiced without tax.






6 - METHODS OF PAYMENT

BANK CARD (payment with order)

VISA, EUROCARD MASTERCARD, E-cards are accepted. In order to ensure the security of payments, confidential data (16-digit card number, expiration date, visual cryptogram) are transmitted encrypted (encoded) on Stripes' servers using the SSL security standard.

Secure payment: The payment method offered in e-transactions is SSL secure payment. This payment protocol is standard and recognized worldwide for the protection of data transmitted over the Internet. It is available on almost all browsers (Internet Explorer V3.02 and following from Microsoft, Navigator V1.1 and following from Netscape, etc.).
The data provided by the Internet user on his card (number, expiry date, etc.) are encrypted before being sent to the e-transactions payment server.



Payment by Paypal
PAYPAL (payment with order)
If you choose a deferred payment, your order will be taken into account only when the transfer is made to our PayPal account.
It is a payment site that allows you to pay your purchases with confidence. At the time of the payment, you will have a link of redirection towards the PayPal site. Thus, only PayPal will have knowledge of your banking information.
For any order made outside metropolitan France, the payment will be made automatically via PAYPAL.


7 - Returns

In accordance with Article L.121-20-2 3 ° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized.

All our products are made at the request of the customer, even the basic deco kits. We have no stock. The right of withdrawal can therefore not be applied.





SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS ON OUR SITE :

In order to strengthen the level of security related to financial transactions made on the website and to protect TemplateMoto.com and its customers against fraud attempts, the data collected by TemplateMoto.com from its customers in the context of an order may be communicated to its partner Stripes for the purpose of analysis and evaluation of a level of confidence related to each order.

Stripes will keep the data collected in this way for the purpose of enriching and managing its order analysis system. In addition, the occurrence of an unpaid order due to fraudulent use of a means of payment will result in the registration of the details relating to your order associated with this unpaid order in a payment incident file set up by Stripes. An irregular declaration or an anomaly may also be subject to specific processing.

In accordance with Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access, rectify or object to the processing of your personal data, which you may exercise at any time with Stripes in its capacity as data controller.
